坦拱式地铁车站预制装配施工技术与质量控制研究

摘要:
以青岛地铁 7 号线景岱站工程为背景,开展坦拱式装配车站关键技术研究。从结构设计、构件连接、节点防水及施工工艺等方面,提出浅埋地铁车站装配式施工技术与质量控制方法。研究了主体结构的闭腔薄壁构件结构形式及分块方法,提出了三维榫卯+预应力筋复合连接方法、节点接缝设计及防水和结构机械智能化装配施工工艺,探讨了施工过程中的质量控制要点。通过工程应用分析了装配式设计、机械吊装与拼装装备的合理性和可行性,验证了相关技术和质量控制措施的有效性。坦拱式地铁车站装配施工技术可实现主体结构“零渗漏”,提高了地铁车站主体结构的施工质量和效率。

Taking Jingdai Station of Qingdao Subway Line 7 as the engineering background, research onkey technologies of the arch type assembly station is carried out. This paper proposes assemblyconstruction technology and quality control methods for shallow buried subway stations from the aspects ofstructural design, component connection, node waterproofing and construction technology. The structuralform and block method of the closed cavity thin,walled component of the main structure were studied, anda three,dimensional mortise and tenon joint + prestressed reinforcement composite connection method,node joint design,waterproof and structural mechanical intelligent assembly construction technologywereproposed. The quality control points during the construction process were discussed. The rationality andfeasibility of prefabricated design, mechanical lifting, and assembly equipment were analyzed throughengineering applications, and the effectiveness of relevant technologies and quality control measures wasverified. The assembly and construction technology of the arch style subway station can achieve “zeroleakage” of the main structure, improve the construction quality and efficiency of the subway station’ smain structure.
