智能建造模式下工程造价高效管理及协同机制研究与应用

智能建造以物联网、大数据、人工智能与 BIM 等技术为支撑,其中,BIM 技术在工程造价管理方面的应用仍较局限。针对智能建造模式下 BIM 造价协同在工程建设全生命周期中的实践困境,从施工方角度构建以制度保障、模型深化、数据整合、质量验评和计量管理为核心的工程造价智能管理与协同体系,并依托某大型复杂项目验证造价智能协同管理的应用成效。研究表明,该体系通过模型会审制度与标准化建模流程,显著提升模型质量与工程量计算效率。通过检验实体划分与清单编码匹配,实现质量验评可视化与计量支付数据联动。然而,模外工程量计量难度较高,且复合型专业人才短缺仍制约协同效能,需通过完善数据标准、拓展按模计量范围以突破应用瓶颈,推动智能建造技术深度融入工程管理全生命周期。

Intelligent construction is supported by technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data,artificial intelligence and BIM. However, the application of BIM in cost management is still relativelylimited. In response to the practical difficulties of BIM cost collaboration in the entire life cycle under theintelligent construction model, a core intelligent management and collaboration system for project cost isconstructed from the perspective of the construction party,which includes system guarantee, modeldeepening, data integration, quality inspection and evaluation, and measurement management. Theapplication effect of intelligent cost collaboration management is verified by relying on a large and complexproject. The research shows that this system significantly improves the quality of the model and theefficiency of engineering quantity calculation through the model review system and standardized modelingprocess. By matching the entity division with the list code, the quality inspection and evaluation arevisualized and the measurement and payment data are linked. However, the measurement of out⁃of⁃modelengineering quantities is difficult, and the shortage of compound professional talents still restricts thecollaborative efficiency. To break through the application bottleneck, it is necessary to improve datastandards and expand the scope of measurement based on the model, to promote the in⁃depth integrationof intelligent construction technology into the entire life cycle of engineering management.
