滨海地区全断面硬岩盾构联络通道绳锯法绿色施工关键技术研究

摘要:

以厦门地铁项目为工程背景,针对滨海吹填区⁃硬岩复合地层下盾构联络通道施工中存在的振动扰动大、地层稳定性差、渗透系数高及环境污染严重等问题,提出了基于绳锯法的绿色施工关键技术. 通过理论分析结合工程实践,系统研究了全断面硬岩静力切割、环境友好型工艺集成等技术. 通过优化金刚石绳锯切割参数,结合静态破碎剂辅助分块移除工艺,形成低扰动绳锯切割技术,相较爆破法及水钻法等传统工艺工期缩短 20% ~ 30%,综合成本降低 18%,地表沉降控制在 3mm 以内. 为滨海吹填区复杂地层联络通道施工提供了高效、低碳、安全的新方案.

Taking a subway project in Xiamen as the engineering background, aiming at the problems oflarge vibration disturbance, poor stratum stability, high permeability coefficient, and seriousenvironmental pollution in the construction of shield connecting passage under the composite stratum ofcoastal reclamation area and hard rock, a key technology of green construction based on the wire sawmethod is proposed. Through theoretical analysis and engineering practice, the techniques of full⁃sectionhard rock static cutting and environment⁃friendly process integration, etc. , are systematically studied. Byoptimizing the cutting parameters of the diamond wire saw and combining with the static crushing agent⁃assisted block removal process, the low⁃disturbance wire saw cutting technology was formed. Comparedwith the traditional processes such as the blasting method and water drilling method, the constructionperiod has been shortened by 20% to 30%, the comprehensive cost has been reduced by 18%, and thesurface settlement has been controlled within 3mm. This research provides an efficient, low⁃carbon, andsafe new scheme for the construction of complex stratum connection channels in coastal reclamation areas.
