新建隧道爆破施工诱发邻近既有隧道振动响应研究

摘要:

爆破施工极易诱发邻近建筑结构振动. 以莲花山隧道扩建工程为依托,针对新建隧道爆破施工诱发邻近既有隧道振动响应问题,采用 FLAC3D 建立三维数值模型,研究爆破荷载作用下既有隧道拱顶与拱脚的振动响应及沉降特性. 结果表明:爆破振动速度分布经历了“局部集中、外扩扩散、均匀衰减”的演化规律,约在 0. 041 7s 达到峰值,至 1. 0s 基本稳定;拱顶振动速度峰值普遍高于拱脚,呈现先增大后减小的空间分布特征,且受左右线洞口机械开挖长度差异的影响存在一定差异性. 数值模拟结果显示,既有隧道拱顶与拱脚的最大振动速度分别为12. 23,9. 15,7. 30,6. 79cm/ s,均低于交通隧道安全限值的 15cm/ s;拱顶与拱脚最大沉降值分别为-22. 47,-22. 30,-22. 85,-22. 65mm,均小于 30mm 的警戒值. 研究表明,所采用的爆破施工方案及参数设置合理,对既有隧道结构安全影响较小,具有较好的可行性与安全性.

Blasting construction is prone to inducing vibration of adjacent building structures. Based onthe expansion project of the Lianhuashan Tunnel, aiming at the problem of vibration response of theadjacent existing tunnel induced by blasting construction of a newly built tunnel, a three⁃dimensionalnumerical model is established by FLAC3D to study the vibration response and settlement characteristicsof the existing tunnel vault and arch foot under blasting load. The results indicate that the distribution ofblasting vibration velocity has experienced the evolution law of “ local concentration, external diffusion,and uniform attenuation,” reaching the peak at about 0. 041 7s and basically stable at 1. 0s. The peakvibration velocity of the vault is generally higher than that of the arch foot, showing the spatial distributioncharacteristics of increasing first and then decreasing. And there are some differences due to thedifference in the mechanical excavation length of the left and right lines. The numerical simulation resultsindicate that the maximum vibration velocities of the vault and the arch foot of the existing tunnel are12. 23, 9. 15, 7. 30, and 6. 79cm / s, respectively, which are lower than the safety limit of the traffictunnel of 15cm / s. The maximum settlement values of vault and arch foot are -22. 47, -22. 30, -22. 85,and -22. 65mm, respectively, which are less than the warning value of 30mm. The research indicatesthat the blasting construction scheme and parameter setting are reasonable, which has little influence onthe safety of the existing tunnel structure and has good feasibility and safety.
