新建高速公路下穿施工诱发高铁桥梁变形响应分析

摘要:

新建公路下穿既有高速铁路桥梁施工过程中,地基扰动可能引起上部结构变形,影响列车运行安全. 以银昆高速公路太阳山开发区至彭阳段下穿银西高速铁路桥梁工程为依托,结合现场监测数据与数值模拟,系统分析了下穿施工引起的高铁桥梁结构动力响应特征. 通过建立三维有限元模型,模拟公路基坑开挖、桩基浇筑及结构层摊铺等施工阶段,并考虑列车 200~ 350km/ h 的运行荷载作用. 结果表明,公路施工导致桥梁主梁及轨顶产生明显的上拱与沉降变化,最大竖向位移达±1. 5mm;列车速度增大会放大主梁竖向振动响应及梁底拉应力波动,施工阶段对结构受力影响显著不同.

During the construction of a new highway underpassing the existing high⁃speed railway bridge,the foundation disturbance may cause the deformation of the superstructure and affect the safety of thetrain operation. Based on a bridge project of the Yinchuan⁃Xi􀆳an High⁃speed Railway, from theTaiyangshan Development Zone to the Pengyang Section of the Yinchuan⁃Kunming Expressway, combinedwith on⁃site monitoring data and simulation, the dynamic response characteristics of high⁃speed railwaybridge structure caused by underpassing construction are systematically analyzed. By establishing a three⁃dimensional finite element model, the construction stages of highway foundation pit excavation, pilefoundation pouring, structural layer paving, etc. , are simulated, and a train running load of 200 ~350km / h is considered. The results indicate that the highway construction leads to obvious upwarp andsettlement changes in the main girder and rail top of the bridge, and the maximum vertical displacementis up to ± 1. 5mm. The increase in train speed will amplify the vertical vibration response of the mainbeam and the fluctuation of the tensile stress at the bottom of the beam, and the influence of theconstruction stage on the structural stress is significantly different.
