玄武岩纤维增强混凝土力学性能试验研究

系统探讨了玄武岩纤维增强混凝土(BFRC)的力学性能. 通过制备不同纤维类型(束状分散纤维和微型筋)、不同纤维掺量的混凝土试件,进行抗压强度、抗折强度和冲击韧性等试验. 试验结果表明,玄武岩纤维对混凝土力学性能有显著影响,适量的纤维掺量可有效提升混凝土的抗折强度和冲击韧性,微型筋在增强混凝土后裂性能方面表现突出.

The mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete ( BFRC) are systematicallyinvestigated in this study. By preparing concrete specimens with different fiber types (bunched dispersedfiber and micro⁃reinforcement) and different fiber content, the compressive strength, flexural strengthand impact toughness tests were carried out, and a lot of data were obtained. The results show that basaltfiber has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of concrete, and appropriate fiber content caneffectively improve the flexural strength and impact toughness of concrete, and micro⁃reinforcement isoutstanding in enhancing the post⁃cracking performance of concrete.
