圆形小断面输水隧道管片衬砌结构设计与施工

摘要:

钢筋混凝土预制管片结构的设计是采用盾构法建造拼装式隧道衬砌的前提。国内外对小断面输水隧道管片结构的设计和建造方法开展的研究较少。结合环北部湾广西水资源配置工程中的某山岭隧道,就泥水盾构法建造小断面输水隧道拼装式衬砌管片结构的设计和建造方法进行研究。基于圆形小横断面隧道衬砌的几何特征和参数,提出了输水隧道衬砌分块和管片上纵向螺栓孔以及凹凸榫点位的计算和设计方法,并提出了预制管片的详细结构和管片衬砌以错缝或通缝拼装的建造方法。

The structural design of reinforced concrete precast segments serves as a prerequisite forconstructing segmental tunnel lining using shield tunneling method. There are few studies on the methodfor designing and constructing segmental lining for water conveyance tunnel with round small cross sectionat home and abroad. Taking a mountainous tunnel in Guangxi Water Resources Allocation project aroundBeibu Gulf as a case study, the method to design and construct segmental lining for water conveyancetunnel with round small cross section to be constructed by using slurry shield driving method is discussed.Based on the geometric characteristics and parameters of constructing tunnel lining with round small crosssection, the method to calculate and design the segmentation of tunnel lining and the longitudinal bolt-holes as well as concave-convex-tenon on segments for water conveyance tunnel lining is presented, andthe detailed structure of precast segments as well as the construction method of segmental tunnel liningwith staggered or straight joints are also proposed.
