基于稳定性分析的仰坡卸荷与隧道爆破进洞交叉施工研究

摘要:
在湖州市戚家山隧道工程中,进行隧道爆破进洞与仰坡切坡交叉施工时,利用有限元分析法对高边坡稳定性进行分析,建立监测点分析边坡位移峰值与安全系数。研究结果表明,戚家山双洞隧道因地质环境较差,后缘裂隙发育,隧道洞口仰坡初始欠稳定。当隧道进洞爆破施工时,边坡可能进一步整体性滑动,对安全施工产生较大隐患,模拟分析后发现边坡塑性区贯通,上部岩体有沿滑面滑动的趋势,此时边坡安全系数仅 1.13,第 8 级边坡切坡后边坡位移下降明显,塑性区并未贯通,边坡安全系数为 1.33,处于稳定状态。当确定隧道进洞到 4,26,42,66,74,92,108m 时,需分别对边坡进行卸荷,90m 以后隧道爆破施工对边坡产生的影响明显减弱,108m 以后对边坡整体产生的影响较小。进行对应进尺隧道开挖时,应保证边坡切坡到对应级别,即可保证现场隧道与边坡安全施工,证明交叉施工的可行性。

In the Qijia Mountain Tunnel project in Huzhou City,when conducting cross-construction oftunnel blasting and slope cutting, the finite element analysis method was utilized to analyze the stability ofthe high slope, and monitoring points were established to analyze the peak displacement and safety factorof the slope. The research results show that, due to the poor engineering geological environment of QijiaMountain Tunnel and the development of fissures at the trailing edge, the front slope is currently in anunstable state. When the tunnel is blasted into the hole, the slope may further slide as a whole,whichwill cause great hidden dangers to the safe construction. The slope safety factor is only 1.13. After the 8-level slope is cut, the slope displacement decreases significantly, the plastic zone is not penetrated, andthe slope safety factor is 1.33 in a stable state. It is determined that when the tunnel enters the tunnel to4, 26, 42, 66, 74, 92, 108m, the slope needs to be unloaded respectively. After 90m, the impact oftunnel blasting construction on the slope is significantlyweakened. After 108m, it has only a smallimpact on the overall slope. During the excavation of the above-mentioned corresponding footage tunnel,ensuring that the slope is cut to the corresponding level can ensure the safe construction of the on-sitetunnel and the slope,which proves the feasibility of cross construction.
