雄安国贸中心地下防水材料搭接可靠性研究

摘要:
以雄安国贸中心项目为依托,对地下工程应用不同防水材料之间的搭接可靠性进行研究,开展耐水性、热老化、耐腐蚀性、抗冻性试验,分析防水材料接缝剥离强度和不透水性,验证不同防水材料搭接的安全可靠性。研究结果表明,地下室底板防水层采用黏结搭接和专用胶带搭接方式均可满足规范要求;地下室侧墙与底板防水层搭接时,采用高粘抗滑水性沥青基防水涂料黏结搭接(搭接方式Ⅳ)更可靠;地下室顶板与侧墙卷材采用热熔搭接和高粘抗滑水性沥青基防水涂料黏结搭接(搭接方式Ⅶ)更可靠。

Based on the project of Xiong’an International Trade Center, the overlap reliability betweendifferent waterproof materials used in underground engineering is studied. The water resistance, thermalaging, corrosion resistance and frost resistance tests were carried out to analyze the water impermeabilityand joint peeling strength of waterproof materials, and the safety and reliability of overlap joints ofdifferent waterproof materials were verified. The research results show that the waterproof layer of thebasement bottom plate can meet the requirements of the specification by using bonding overlap and specialtape overlap. When the waterproof layer of the basement side wall is overlapped with the waterproof layerof the bottom plate, it is more reliable to use the high-viscosity anti-skid water-based asphalt waterproofcoating bonding overlap ( overlap mode Ⅳ)。 It is more reliable to use hot melt overlap and high-viscosityanti-skid water-based asphalt waterproof coating bonding overlap ( overlap mode Ⅶ) for basement topplate and side wall membrane.
