城市内环高架快速路网工程关键施工技术

摘要:

对城市内环高架快速路网工程关键施工技术进行研究,主要介绍老桥整体顶升、聚酯合金模板铺设、中央隔离墩浇筑、伸缩装置安装、减隔震支座安装、预应力智能张拉系统应用等。工程实践表明,利用老桥整体顶升技术可在不拆除老桥的情况下,对其进行位置调整和高度提升,既节省工程成本,又减小对周边环境的影响。聚酯合金模板铺设为桥梁施工提供更高效、耐用的模板解决方案,提高施工效率和桥梁整体质量。中央隔离墩浇筑时采用自动化模板台车,实现混凝土浇筑自动化和精准化,保证隔离墩外观质量和尺寸精度。降噪型伸缩装置能够有效降低桥梁伸缩时产生的噪声,提升周边居民生活环境质量。摩擦摆式减隔震支座增强桥梁抗震能力,保障桥梁结构安全。通过预应力智能张拉系统精确控制预应力张拉过程,提高桥梁承载力和耐久性。基于 BIM 技术验算三维视距,能够在施工前对桥梁视距进行模拟和分析,提前发现并解决潜在的问题,确保行车安全。

This paper studies the key construction technology of urban inner ring viaduct expresswaynetwork project, mainly introduces the overall lifting of the old bridge, the laying of polyester alloyformwork, the pouring of the central isolation pier, the installation of the expansion device, the installationof the seismic isolation bearing, and the application of the prestressed intelligent tensioning system.Engineering practice shows that the use of the overall lifting technology of the old bridge can adjust theposition and height of the old bridge without removing the old bridge,which not only saves the project cost,but also reduces the impact on the surrounding environment. The laying of polyester alloy formworkprovides a more efficient and durable formwork solution for bridge construction,which improves theconstruction efficiency and the overall quality of the bridge. The automatic formwork trolley is used in thepouring of the central isolation pier,which realizes the automation and precision of the concrete pouring,and ensures the appearance quality and dimensional accuracy of the isolation pier. The installation of noise-reducing expansion device can effectively reduce the noise generated by bridge expansion and improve thequality of living environment of surrounding residents. The friction pendulum seismic isolation bearingenhances the seismic capacity of the bridge and ensures the safety of the bridge structure. Through theprestressed intelligent tensioning system, the prestressed tensioning process is accurately controlled, andthe bearing capacity and durability of the bridge are improved. Based on BIM technology to check thethree-dimensional sight distance, the bridge sight distance can be simulated and analyzed beforeconstruction, and potential problems can be found and solved in advance to ensure driving safety.
