狮子洋大桥是粤港澳大湾区超级工程狮子洋通道的关键控制性工程,索塔高 342m,采用钢壳-混凝土组合结构,索塔结构形式新颖、技术难度大,钢壳作为索塔的核心受力构件,其制造与施工质量直接关系到桥梁的整体安全和耐久性。对狮子洋大桥超高索塔钢壳制造与施工关键技术进行研究,主要包括钢壳制造、涂装施工、机加工,并介绍复杂壁板单元自动化焊接技术、剪力钉自动化焊接技术、桥位环口焊接群控技术的应用。工程实践表明,壁板单元采用的分步组焊+分阶段矫正制造工艺可有效解决薄壁焊接变形控制难度大及制造工效低的问题,双壁空腔大断面钢壳节段采用的立式组拼工艺提高制造质量,轮载式智能移动平台搭载喷漆机器人的应用保证钢壳涂装质量,自动化与群控焊接技术保证焊接过程智能化与高质量。

The Shiziyang Bridge is the key control project of the super project Shiziyang Channel in theGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The tower is 342m high and adopts steel shell-concretecomposite structure. The cable tower is novel in structure and difficult in technology. As the core stresscomponent of the cable tower, the manufacturing and construction quality of the steel shell is directlyrelated to the overall safety and durability of the bridge. In this paper, the key technologies ofmanufacturing and construction of steel shell of super high cable tower of Shiziyang Bridge are studied,including steel shell manufacturing, coating construction and machining. The application of automaticwelding technology of complex panel unit, automatic welding technology of shear stud and welding groupcontrol technology of bridge ring port is introduced. Engineering practice shows that the step-by-stepassemblywelding + phased correction manufacturing process adopted by the panel unit can effectivelysolve the problems of difficult control of thin-walled welding deformation and low manufacturingefficiency. The vertical assembly process adopted by the double-wall cavity large-section steel shellsegment improves the manufacturing quality. The application of wheel-mounted intelligent mobile platformequipped with spraying robot ensures the quality of steel shell coating. Automation and welding groupcontrol technology ensure the intelligent and high quality of welding process.
