模块化装配式混凝土结构水平连接构件力学性能试验研究

摘要:

为研究模块化装配式混凝土结构水平连接构件的力学性能,对 3 个足尺试件进行了受力性能试验研究,分析其破坏过程及特征,探究螺栓排布位置及螺栓数量等参数对试件承载力、延性、刚度等性能指标的影响规律。研究表明:试件呈典型的弯剪破坏模式,具有较高的承载力和较好的变形能力,合理采用螺栓连接可以保证构件发挥力学性能;螺栓数量由 6 个增加至 10 个,试件承载力提高了 9.49%,但试件的延性系数及初始刚度的提高幅度相对较小;螺栓排布位置对试件延性系数影响较大,跨中布置螺栓的 PPVCB⁃1 和 PPVCB⁃3 试件比跨中未布置螺栓的PPVCB⁃2 试件延性系数分别增加了 22.84%,28.67%;此外,试件初始刚度受螺栓排布位置的影响显著,跨中布置螺栓的试件比跨中未布置螺栓的试件初始刚度分别提高了 47. 55%和 37.75%.

To study the mechanical properties of horizontal connecting components in modular assembledconcrete structures, three full⁃scale specimens were subjected to stress performance tests, and theirfailure processes and characteristics were analyzed. The influence of parameters such as bolt arrangementposition and bolt quantity on the bearing capacity, ductility, stiffness and other performance indicators ofthe specimens was explored. Research has shown that the specimens exhibit typical bending shear failuremodes,with high bearing capacity and good deformation ability. Reasonable use of bolt connection canensure the mechanical properties of specimens. As the number of bolts increased from 6 to 10, thebearing capacity of the specimen increased by 9.49%, but the increase in ductility coefficient and initialstiffness of the specimen was relatively small. The arrangement of bolts has a significant impact on theductility coefficient of specimens. The ductility coefficients of PPVCB⁃1 and PPVCB⁃3 specimens withbolts arranged in the mid span increased by 22. 84% and 28􀆰 67% respectively compared to the PPVCB⁃2 specimen without bolts arranged in the mid span; In addition, the initial stiffness of the specimen issignificantly affected by the position of the bolt arrangement. The specimen with bolts arranged in the midspan has an initial stiffness increase of 47. 55% and 37. 75% respectively compared to the specimen without bolts arranged in the mid span. The research conclusion can provide reference for the engineeringapplication of modular assembled concrete structures.
