地铁盾构隧道开挖对邻近高架桥桩基的影响研究

摘要:

为了研究地铁盾构隧道开挖对邻近高架桥桩基的影响,依托某市地铁 5 号线双线盾构隧道工程,采用数值模拟分析隧道开挖下的土体位移、桥桩位移及桥桩受力,并对桥桩沉降值的模拟和实测值进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:随着桥桩深度的增加,桥墩处各桩的沉降先减小再趋于平稳,桥墩处各桩的水平变形总体先增大再减小再增大;随着桥桩深度的增大,桥墩处各桩的弯矩先增大再减小,然后再增大再减小;在不同桥桩深度下,桥桩沉降实测值与模拟值相差较小,可认为模拟值与实测值基本一致。在实际隧道开挖过程中,建议对桥梁桩基周围地层进行注浆加固,同时加固高架桥下部地层,从而减小桥墩桩基的沉降。

To investigate the impact of subway shield tunnel excavation on adjacent viaduct pilefoundations, relying on the double⁃line shield tunnel project of a certain city’s subway line 5, numericalsimulation was employed to analyze soil displacement, bridge pile displacement, and force on bridge pilesunder tunnel excavation. A comparative analysis was conducted between simulated and measured valuesof bridge pile settlement. The research results indicate that as the depth of bridge piles increases, thesettlement of each pile at the bridge pier first decreases and then stabilizes,while the horizontaldeformation of each pile at the bridge pier generally increases first, then decreases, and finally increasesagain. With the increase in the depth of bridge piles, the bending moment of each pile at the bridge pierfirst increases, then decreases, and then increases again. At different depths of bridge piles, thedifference between measured and simulated values of bridge pile settlement is relatively small, suggestingthat the simulated values are basically consistent with the measured values. During actual tunnelexcavation, it is recommended to perform grouting reinforcement on the strata surrounding the bridge pilefoundations,while also reinforcing the lower strata of the viaduct, in order to reduce the settlement of thebridge pier pile foundations.
