大跨度钢屋盖提升全过程模拟分析

摘要:

大跨度钢屋盖施工具有提升质量大、结构跨度大、吊点多等技术难题,以郑州中原科技城科技创新园 1 号楼钢屋盖提升工程为背景,综合考虑施工质量、安全等目标,大跨度钢屋盖采用整体提升施工方案,对提升的具体过程、提升点和提升支架的布置进行了详细阐述。利用结构分析软件 SAP2000 对钢屋盖和提升支架进行模拟,得到钢屋盖在提升过程、预装段连接过程、卸载过程的应力及位移情况。同时在提升过程中对钢屋盖结构薄弱位置及整体薄弱节点进行实时监测,保证施工全过程安全可控。

The construction of large⁃span steel roofs poses technical challenges such as high qualityimprovement, large structural span, and multiple suspension points. Taking the steel roof lifting projectof Building 1 of Zhengzhou Zhongyuan Science and Technology City Science and Technology InnovationPark as the background, and considering the goals of construction quality and safety, a comprehensivelifting construction plan is adopted for large⁃span steel roofs. The specific process of lifting, thearrangement of lifting points and lifting brackets are elaborated in detail. Simulate the steel roof andlifting bracket using structural analysis software SAP2000, and obtain the stress and displacement of thesteel roof during the lifting process, pre installation section connection process, and unloading process.At the same time, real⁃time monitoring is carried out on the weak positions and overall weak nodes of thesteel roof structure during the lifting process to ensure the safety and controllability of the entireconstruction process.
