混凝土电阻率影响因素及测试方法对比研究

摘要:
为解决传统混凝土性能评估方法存在破损检测、周期长等问题,聚焦混凝土电阻率这一关键电学特性,系统研究其测试方法及影响因素. 通过对比两点单轴法、温纳探针法(四点法)与外电极法的测试精度及适用性,验证温纳探针法的优越性. 采用正交试验,探究水胶比、养护龄期及骨料级配对电阻率的影响规律,并建立多元线性回归预测模型. 结果表明:温纳探针法变异系数仅 3. 5%,测试精度最高,可兼顾实验室与现场非破损检测;影响混凝土电阻率的因素显著性排序为水胶比 > 养护龄期 > 骨料级配,水胶比每增大 0.1,电阻率降低 16% ~ 18%,养护龄期从 7d 延长至 90d 时电阻率降幅达 22. 0%;建立的回归模型拟合度高,预测相对误差小于 4%.

To solve the problems of damage and the long cycle of traditional concrete performanceevaluation methods, this paper focuses on the key electrical characteristics of concrete resistivity andsystematically studies its test methods and influencing factors. The superiority of the Wenner probemethod was verified by comparing the test accuracy and applicability of the two⁃point uniaxial method,the Wenner probe method (four⁃point method), and the outer electrode method. The L9(33) orthogonaltest was used to explore the influence of water⁃binder ratio, curing age, and aggregate gradation onresistivity, and a multiple linear regression prediction model was established. The results indicate that thecoefficient of variation of the Wenner probe method is only 3. 5%, and the test accuracy is the highest,which can take into account both laboratory and on⁃site non⁃destructive testing. The order of significanceof the factors affecting the resistivity of concrete is water⁃binder ratio > curing age > aggregate gradation.For every 0. 1 increase in water⁃binder ratio, the resistivity decreases by 16% ~ 18%, and the resistivitydecreases by 22. 0% when the curing age is extended from 7 days to 90 days. The established regressionmodel has a high degree of fitting, and the relative error of prediction is less than 4%.
