跨既有设备门式支撑架体系设计与应用

摘要:
工业建筑施工中,经常遇到先安装设备再施工屋面的情况,屋面是混凝土结构时,由于提前安装的设备占用了支撑架的空间,这就对后续混凝土模板支撑体系设计和施工带来了难题. 以济南某自来水厂工程为研究背景,针对屋面板未浇筑且设备已安装的工况,设计了一种跨既有设备的门式支撑架体系. 该体系架体采用 Z 形盘扣架,立杆顶部 U 形顶托内设置 I18 连梁,工字钢两侧用木楔顶紧. 连梁上方设置横跨设备的工字钢平台,采用 6m长 I20B 及 9m 长 I32C,平台上铺设分配梁后进行屋面混凝土结构支撑架搭设. 采用有限元分析软件建立门式平台三维整体模型并进行数值分析,分析结果显示,门式支撑体系的力学特性与结构整体稳定性均符合规范要求. 支撑体系拆除阶段,运用“双手拉葫芦协同吊运”拆除方案,通过顶部葫芦垂直提升、侧面葫芦水平牵引,实现狭窄空间内工字钢吊运拆除. 基于盘扣架的门式支撑体系有效解决了室内狭小空间跨既有设备的施工难题.

In industrial building construction, the scenario of installing equipment prior to roofconstruction is frequently encountered. When the roof is a concrete structure, the pre⁃installed equipmentoccupies the space required for support systems, posing significant challenges to the design andconstruction of the subsequent concrete formwork support system. Focusing on a water plant project inJinan, this study addresses the working condition where roof slabs are not cast yet but equipment isinstalling already, by designing a gantry support system spanning over the existing equipment. Z⁃shapedrosette⁃type scaffold is employed in the support system, with I18 steel joists placed in the U⁃shaped jacksat the top of the vertical members, secured on both sides with wooden wedges. Above these joists, a steelplatform spanning over the equipment is installed, utilizing I20B steel sections for the 6⁃meter span andI32C steel sections for the 9⁃meter span. Distribution beams are laid on the platform to facilitate theerection of the support system for the roof concrete structure. A three⁃dimensional finite element model ofthe gantry platform was developed and numerically analyzed. The results demonstrate that the mechanicalperformance and overall structural stability of the gantry support system comply with standardrequirements. During the dismantling phase, a “ dual⁃chain⁃block coordinated lifting ” method wasemployed, utilizing top⁃mounted blocks for vertical hoisting and side⁃mounted blocks for horizontaltraction, enabling the safe removal of steel sections within confined spaces. The rosette⁃based gantrysupport system effectively resolves construction challenges associated with spanning existing equipment in limited indoor spaces.
