高耸钢结构塔式起重机安装关键技术

以西安丝路欢乐世界地标塔工程为依托,探讨高耸钢结构塔式起重机安装过程中的关键技术问题. 通过分析工程结构特点,确定合理的设备选型和吊装方案,重点对 ZSL750X⁃50t 型动臂式塔式起重机的附墙安装进行研究. 采用有限元模型对主体钢结构与塔式起重机在风荷载作用下的受力性能进行模拟验算,验证施工安全性,并提出针对性的加固方案. 研究结果表明,塔式起重机附着部位为圆柱体时,弧形附墙焊接连接与 U 形端板分离式连接方式能有效提升塔式起重机附墙的稳定性和安装精度.

Based on Xi’an Silk Road Happy World Landmark Tower project, the key technical problemsin the installation process of tower crane for high⁃rise steel structure are discussed. By analyzing thecharacteristics of the engineering structure, the reasonable equipment selection and hoisting scheme aredetermined, and the wall attached installation of ZSL750X⁃50t boom tower crane is mainly studied. Thefinite element model is used to simulate and check the mechanical performance of the main steel structureand tower crane under wind load, which verifies the construction safety, and the targeted reinforcementscheme is put forward. The research results show that when the tower crane attachment part is a cylinder,the arc wall attachment welding connection and U⁃shaped end plate separation connection can effectivelyimprove the stability and installation accuracy of the tower crane attachment wall.
