双层曲线桥钢箱梁制造及安装技术

摘要:

知音桥采用双层桥面布置,上部结构均为曲线钢箱梁,梁体线形变化幅度大、精度要求高. 针对现有钢箱梁加工技术存在的零件加工精度低、预拼装占用场地大、现场安装难等问题,提出基于 BIM 技术的双层曲线桥钢箱梁制造及安装技术. 选择合适的 BIM 建模软件,利用 BIM 软件完成桥梁建模及模拟施工,从 BIM 模型中导出零件信息进行排版下料,并在加工厂内采用“N+1”方式进行预拼装,最后进行现场安装. 工程实践表明,本技术有效解决了大跨度曲线桥钢箱梁曲面零件加工精度差、预拼装场地占地面积大、安装难的问题,具有质量可控性强、简单高效的优点.

Zhiyin Bridge adopts a double⁃deck layout, the superstructure of the bridge is composedentirely of curved steel box girders, which have large variations in beam alignment and require highprecision. In response to the issues present in existing steel box girder fabrication techniques, such aspoor machining accuracy of parts, large space requirements for pre⁃assembly, and difficulties in onsiteinstallation, a manufacturing and installation technology for steel box girders of double⁃curved bridgebased on BIM technology has been proposed. The process begins with selecting suitable BIM software,followed by BIM software to complete bridge modeling and simulate construction. Then, part informationis exported from the BIM model for layout and cutting. Pre⁃assembly is conducted in the factory using an“N+1” method, and finally, onsite installation is performed. Practice has proven that this technologyeffectively solves the problems associated with poor machining accuracy of curved surface parts of steelbox girders of long⁃span curved bridge, large space occupation during pre⁃assembly, and difficultinstallation. It offers the advantages of strong quality controllability, simplicity and efficiency.
