公路箱梁智能化预制梁场关键技术与应用

摘要:

针对传统梁场布局不合理、工艺依赖人工、数据管理滞后等问题,提出以数字驱动、工艺优化、绿色集约为核心的智能化发展路径. 通过构建“四线三区”空间布局,集成钢筋骨架自动化生产线,全自动液压模板系统,智能浇筑、养护、张拉压浆等核心装备,并结合智能制造执行系统实现全过程数字化管控. 实践表明,智能化梁场显著提升了生产效率与产品质量,其中梁场综合人工减少 51%,单片梁生产周期缩短 33%,养护能耗降低约 50%.

English:

Addressing issues such as the unreasonable layout of traditional girder yards, processdependence on manual labor, and lagging data management, an intelligent development path centered ondigital drive, process optimization, and green intensification is proposed. By constructing a “ four⁃lineand three⁃zone” spatial layout, the core equipment such as automated steel skeleton production lines,fully automatic hydraulic formwork system, intelligent pouring, curing, tensioning, and grouting areintegrated, and combining with intelligent manufacturing execution system to achieve digital controlthroughout the entire process. Practice shows that the intelligent girder yard significantly improvesproduction efficiency and product quality, with a 51% reduction in overall labor in the girder yard, a33% reduction in the production cycle of a single beam, and a reduction of about 50% in energyconsumption for curing.
