某 PC 连续箱梁桥火灾后承载性能评定

摘要:

为准确评估某高速公路 PC 连续箱梁桥遭受火灾事故后的承载性能,在常规检测基础上对其开展现场荷载试验,并提出修复处治措施建议. 试验前,采用有限元方法分析该桥在设计使用状态下的受力变形行为. 试验过程中,测试受火灾影响的桥跨结构控制截面的应变和挠度及桥梁自振频率、阻尼比和冲击系数. 试验结果表明,此次火灾事故后,箱梁应变和挠曲变形工作状态仍能满足设计要求;桥梁整体刚度未出现明显退化,上部结构及支撑系统无明显异常缺损;正常行驶车辆产生的冲击效应仍能满足设计要求. 综上所述,该桥承载力和动力工作性能仍能满足设计使用要求. 为确保修复后恢复交通期间的运行安全及行车舒适性,建议采取限速措施,将车速控制在 60km/ h 以内. 本次荷载试验有效评估了桥梁火灾后的承载性能,为修复处治措施提供了科学依据.

In order to accurately evaluate the bearing performance of a PC continuous box girder bridgeon a certain expressway after a fire accident, on the basis of routine testing, on⁃site load tests wereconducted and suggestions for repair and treatment measures were proposed. Before the test, the finiteelement method was used to analyze the stress and deformation behavior of the bridge in its design andusage state. During test, the strain and deflection of the control section of the bridge span structureaffected by fire were tested, as well as the natural frequency, damping ratio, and impact coefficient of thebridge. The test results showed that after this fire accident, the working conditions of the strain anddeflection deformation of the box girder could still meet the design requirements. The overall stiffness ofthe bridge did not show significant degradation, and there were no obvious abnormal defects ordeterioration in the upper structure and support system. The impact effect generated by normal drivingvehicles still met the design requirements. The bearing capacity and dynamic performance of the bridgecould still meet the design and usage requirements. In order to ensure the operation safety and drivingcomfort during the recovery of traffic after repair, it is recommended to take speed limit measures tocontrol the vehicle speed within 60km / h. Load tests can be used to conduct a more effective assessmentof the bearing performance of bridges after a fire, so as to improve the scientific nature of repair andtreatment measures.
