110kV 模块化智能变电站建造关键技术

摘要:

从模块化变电站的国内外发展现状出发,分析了模块化变电站和常规标准变电站的平面布置,经对比分析,新型变电站通过标准化设计、工厂定制配送、现场拼装式建设,可有效提升土地空间利用率、建站灵活性和电网运行的稳定性. 结合南方电网中山供电局某 110kV 模块化智能变电站的建造,提出了变电站双层预制舱、模块化一体化设计、预制舱现场拼装、变电站智能运维等关键技术,为模块化智能变电站的推广和应用提供了典型实例.

Based on the development status of modular substation at home and abroad, the layout ofmodular substation and conventional standard substation is analyzed. Through comparative analysis, thenew substation can effectively improve the utilization rate of land space, the flexibility of stationconstruction and the stability of power grid operation through standardized design, factory customizeddistribution and on⁃site assembly construction. Combined with the construction of a 110kV modularintelligent substation in Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau of China Southern Power Grid, the keytechnologies such as double⁃layer prefabricated cabin, modular integrated design, on⁃site assembly ofprefabricated cabin and intelligent operation and maintenance of substation are proposed, which providesa typical example for the promotion and application of modular intelligent substation.
