Aiming at the problems of high viscosity, poor injectability and insufficient diffusionreinforcement effect of traditional grouting materials, the polymer prepared by adding modified aminecuring agent into waterborne epoxy resin was used as a new grouting material. The grouting performanceof the polymer was analyzed by setting time test, viscosity test, unconfined compressive strength test andgrouting diffusion test. The unconfined compressive strength test, splitting tensile test and SEM test wereused to evaluate the improvement effect of polymer on the mechanical properties and microstructure ofsand samples. The test results show that the polymer Pb100 exhibits the lowest initial viscosity, thelongest operable time and the maximum 28d compressive strength. Its diffusion radius, diffusion heightand effective grouting amount are better than those of superfine cement and water glass. The compressivestrength of polymer solidified sand increases first and then decreases with the increase of dosage, and theoptimal dosage is 20%. The splitting tensile strength continues to increase with the increase of thecontent, and the optimal content is 30%. After polymer cementation filling, the overall structure is morestable and firm.
