“华龙一号”核岛项目具有建设周期和设计使用年限长的特点,对结构混凝土抗裂性、耐久性、工作性的要求尤为严格,稳定性是核岛项目高性能混凝土研制的基石。依据混凝土核电技术要求,从原材料精品控制开始,结合耐久性要求,进行基准配合比的筛选及确定,通过实验室试配、上机搅拌、泵送试验及混凝土性能测试,最终确定和优选混凝土配合比。实践表明,采用的配合比方案完全满足设计和质量要求。

Hualong No.1 Nuclear Island project has the characteristics of long construction period and design service life, and has particularly strict requirements on the crack resistance, durability and workability of structural concrete. Stability is the cornerstone of the development of high?performance concrete for the nuclear island project. According to the technical requirements of concrete nuclear power, starting from the quality control of raw materials and in combination with the durability requirements, the benchmark mix proportion is screened and determined, and the concrete mix proportion is finally determined and optimized through laboratory trial mixing, machine mixing, pumping test and concrete performance test. The practice shows that the scheme of mix proportion adopted meets the requirement of design and quality.
