Abstract:
Zhejiang Transportation Group Financial Center is a super high⁃rise building with special⁃shaped curved surface. The application of BIM technology is promoted from the aspects of model⁃basedBIM application and BIM⁃based digital construction. The BIM model of civil engineering is established toassist the drawing review, earthwork calculation, construction scheme comparison, constructiondisclosure and aluminum alloy formwork deepening, and the site layout is optimized. Based on theelectromechanical BIM model, the comprehensive collision inspection of pipelines is carried out tosupport the optimization and adjustment of buildings, structures, electromechanics and equipment. Withthe help of BIM model of steel structure and curtain wall, the joint detailed design and steel structureconstruction simulation are completed to realize the accurate processing of curtain wall panel. Theplatforms of digital construction, C8BIM and intelligent site are applied to ensure the fine management ofthe construction site through data interaction with BIM model. Practice shows that BIM technology canpromote the efficient construction and high quality management of special⁃shaped high⁃rise buildings.
