Abstract:

JD Shanghai Headquarters project is a hybrid structure of double core tube and connectingtruss, which is adjacent to two subway lines and one high⁃speed railway line. The domestic BIM softwareBIMBase is used to assist the construction and professional deepening of the project, so as to overcomethe technical difficulties, such as complex surrounding environment, high requirements for foundationexcavation construction and complex structural form. The research and application results show that thedomestic BIM software has the data base to realize the coordination of BIM models in differentconstruction stages, which can ensure the safety of engineering information. The domestic BIM softwarehas a high degree of integration with China’ s design specifications, which can improve the quality andefficiency of BIM intelligent auxiliary review, form a three⁃dimensional visual disclosure document, andhelp the project to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
