Abstract:

In order to overcome the construction problems of super high⁃rise buildings in strong typhoonareas and improve the construction level of top formwork of super high⁃rise buildings in Hainan Province,BIM + technology is adopted for the first time in the construction process of Hainan Center project. Thewhole process is optimized from the design stage to the installation stage of top formwork, and theinstallation process of lightweight fulcrum top formwork integrated platform is improved, so as to realizethe rapid installation of lightweight fulcrum top formwork integrated platform under complex workingconditions. Practice proves that this technology can effectively reduce the difficulty of top formworkconstruction, significantly improve the safety of installation, shorten the installation period, and improvethe quality of project.
