Abstract:
Taking a TOD project in Chongqing as the research background, a regional acousticenvironment studywas conducted by comprehensively considering road noise, rail transit noise, and otherfactors. Using a combination of on,site testing and simulation, the simulation model is fitted and correctedbased on the measured data. Predictive analysis is conducted on various building measurement points inthe area, and targeted noise reduction measures are proposed. The research results show that after usingCadna / A software combined with on,site measured data for correction, the simulation accuracy can reachover 98%,which can effectively simulate the acoustic environment of the research area. By analyzing theenvironmental noise caused by road traffic, rail transit, and their combined effects, it is determined thatroad traffic is the main factor affecting the regional acoustic environment, while rail transit has a relativelysmall impact due to the consideration of sound insulation and vibration reduction measures in its design. For buildings that exceed the standard limit, a combination of active and passive noise reduction measureshave been taken, and the results show that these measures can effectively improve the acousticenvironment in the area.
