Abstract:
The differential settlement of buildings is easy to cause structural inclination, component damageand even collapse,which seriously threatens the safety and service life of structures. Aiming at theproblems of low precision, poor safety, slow speed and difficult control of traditional coordinated controltechnology, a real-time coordinated control technology of differential settlement based on monitoring bigdata is developed. The technology collects multi-source big data such as inclination, settlement and stresschange of vertical bearing members through multi-sensor monitoring system. Through the analysis of real-time intelligent correction control system, the parameters such as lifting point, lifting amount and sealingpressure are accurately determined, and the dynamic coordinated control of differential settlement andfoundation reinforcement are realized. After the completion of the reinforcement and correction, the upliftpore is treated by M10 self-leveling mortar pressure grouting to ensure the reliable force transmissionbetween the raft foundation and the foundation soil. The engineering practice shows that the maximuminclination rate of the building to the south is adjusted from 4.7‰ to 1.1‰, and the maximum inclinationrate to the west is adjusted from 6.0‰ to 1.5‰, so that it meets the requirements of relevant specificationsand ensures the safety and stability of the building in complex construction environment.
