Abstract:

In order to study the influence of canal dredging and excavation process on existing bridges inHuaibei area, based on the reconstruction project of Likou to Linhuan section of Tuohui River Channel,ABAQUS software was used to study the deformation of bridge foundation during excavation process, andthe influence of surcharge load at the top of slope on the deformation of bridge foundation was analyzed. At the same time, the influence law of the position relationship between pier and slope was analyzed. Theresearch results show that because the soil is affected by rebound, the excavation will cause thedeformation of the bridge pile cap. The surcharge load at the top of slope has a certain influence on thehorizontal displacement of the bridge pile cap. It is not suitable to pile up too much temporary surchargeload at the top of slope during the excavation process. When the pier is located at the top of slope, theslope excavation has the greatest impact on the bridge. When the pier is located at the bottom of slope, the influence of slope excavation on the bridge is relatively small. In the canal excavation project, thedeformation control of bridge foundation is a comprehensive problem, and various measures need to betaken to reduce the impact on the deformation of bridge foundation.
