Rapid Installation Technology of Hanging Platform Canopy Under Skylight Point with Limited Conditions

Abstract:
In view of the renovation project of the hanging steel structure canopy at Yizhuang Station ofBeijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway, this paper studies the rapid installation technology of the steel canopyunder the purlin support of the original main truss by using the skylight point under the condition that thehigh-speed railway is not stopped and the speed is not reduced and the spatial deformation of the originalmain truss is large and irregular. The field measurement method is used to accurately locate the three-dimensional space coordinates of the purlin support. The MIDAS finite element software is used to analyzethe deformation characteristics of typical structures such as the new canopy and the original main truss,and the structural deformation data in different construction stages are obtained,which provides atheoretical basis for the actual installation. Considering the construction factors such as the deformation ofthe original main truss, the installation accuracy, the air docking, the welding quality, the time limit ofthe skylight point and so on, the combination of the sliding bearing and the temporary hoop is adopted toensure the smooth installation.
