复杂环境下铁路柔性钢棚洞施工关键技术

摘要:
结合陇海铁路宝天段南北崖隧道出口柔性钢棚洞设计和施工关键技术,分析了复杂环境下铁路坡面病害整治的方案比选,提出了适用于复杂环境的新途径、新方法,介绍了柔性钢棚洞的适用条件、结构设计和施工工艺,重点介绍了独特结构的组成、材料、功能,钢棚洞上、下部结构的特殊施工工艺. 这为铁路隧道出口存在危岩落石风险,但由于环境复杂无法建设明洞的情况,提供了科学可行的防护方案和施工关键技术.

Combined with the key technology of design and construction of the flexible steel shed tunnelat the port of Nanbeiya Tunnel in Baoji-Tianshui section of Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway, this paperexpounds the comparison and selection of the schemes for the treatment of railway slope diseases undercomplex environment, this paper puts forward a new way and method suitable for complex environment,and introduces the applicable conditions, structure design and construction technology of flexible steelshed tunnel, with emphasis on the composition, material and function of unique structure, specialconstruction technology for lower structure and upper structure of steel shed tunnel. There is a risk ofrockfall at the exit of the railway tunnel, but the complex environment makes it impossible to build opencut tunnel, providing scientifically feasible protection schemes and key construction technology, it isworth popularizing and applying to the diseases treatment of similar railway and highway tunnel port.
