装配式建筑 PC 构件供应链智慧化管理研究进展

摘要:

在人工智能和信息化技术发展大背景下,优化算法、大数据、物联网等技术推动预制构件供应链管理向系统化、智能化、信息化方向发展。为系统梳理人工智能和信息化技术与装配式建筑预制构件供应链管理融合发展现状,以 Web of Science 核心合集数据库为基础,检索并筛选出 2007—2022 年预制构件供应链管理相关领域文献,从年载文量、权威期刊、国家或地区等方面进行文献归纳分析,阐述人工智能和信息化技术与预制构件供应链中生产、运输、库存部分的结合应用情况。结果表明,人工智能和信息化技术与预制构件供应链融合应用可解决多目标优化、资源配置、物流实时跟踪、场地布局规划等问题,实现预制构件生产线的管理优化、资源合理分配,运输过程实时管控、准时制管理、路线寻优和库存高效管理与场地布置优化,同时针对预制构件供应链管理主要部分的不足之处给出合理建议,以期不断促进装配式建筑预制构件供应链的高质量发展。

At the background of development of artificial intelligence and information technology,technologies such as optimization algorithms, big data and Internet of Things promote the development ofprefabricated component supply chain management towards systematization, intelligence, andinformatization. In order to systematically review the current development status of integration of artificialintelligence and information technologywith prefabricated building supply chain management, based onthe web of science core database, literature related to prefabricated component supply chain managementfrom 2007 to 2022 was searched and selected, literature review and analysis is conducted from the aspectsof annual publication volume, authoritative journals, countries or regions, etc, elaborating on thecombination and application of artificial intelligence and information technology in the production,transportation and inventory aspects of the prefabricated component supply chain. The results indicatethat, the integration of artificial intelligence and information technologywith prefabricated componentsupply chain can solve problems, such as multi⁃objective optimization, resource allocation, real⁃timelogistics tracking and site layout planning, achieve management optimization of prefabricated componentproduction lines, reasonable resource allocation, real⁃time control of transportation processes, just in timemanagement, route optimization, efficient inventory management and site layout optimization and alsoprovide reasonable suggestions for the shortcomings of the main parts of prefabricated component supplychain management, in order to continuously promote the high⁃quality development.
