智能建造系统架构与发展路径

摘要:
智能建造是建造技术与新一代信息技术相互融合、系统集成的建造模式。在产业生态和工程项目两个层面定义了智能建造,构建了涵盖智能设计、智能建造控制、智能生产、智能仓储物流、智能建造施工、智能建造验收等六大系统的智能建造系统架构,搭建了产业智能建造及项目智能建造系统,给出了智能建造技术的发展路径。发展智能建造技术,首先要发展具备统一嵌入接口规则的智能建造体系架构和基础平台系统,同时多元深度发展平台系统的单元技术,最终形成多样化智能建造技术系统。

Intelligent construction is a building model that integrates construction technologywith thesystem integration of new generation information technology. This paper defines intelligent construction atboth the industrial ecosystem and engineering project levels, establishing an intelligent constructionsystem architecture encompassing six major systems, such as intelligent design, intelligent constructioncontrol, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent warehousing and logistics, intelligent constructionexecution, and intelligent construction acceptance. It also constructs systems for industrial intelligentconstruction and project⁃level intelligent construction, outlining a development pathway for intelligentconstruction technologies. To advance intelligent construction technology, the primary focus should be ondeveloping an intelligent construction system architecture and foundational platform with unifiedembedded interface protocols. Concurrently, efforts must be made to diversify and deeply develop theconstituent technologies within the platform system. This multifaceted approach will ultimately lead to theformation of a versatile and diverse system of intelligent construction technologies.
