隧道简易高效蒸汽养护台车设计及应用

摘要:
针对某隧道气候干燥和温差大导致二次衬砌养护不及时、不规范引发的干缩裂缝及强度提升慢的问题,自主研发设计了简易高效蒸汽养护台车,包含主体台车骨架、走行系统、保温保湿结构层、周边气囊封堵模块、电力系统及大功率蒸汽发生系统等,并开展实地加工与应用. 研究表明:蒸汽养护台车结构可满足过程安装及应用背景下的结构安全验算. 蒸汽养护台车简易、高效,实地加工生产测试得知整体生产加工周期为 17d,综合成本为 24 万元. 二次衬砌 C35 混凝土 7d 养护下的强度较喷雾、自然养护方式分别提升 25. 6%,49. 5%,实现了快速提高强度的目的;56d 养护下的强度较喷雾、自然养护方式分别提升 5. 7%,10. 8%,满足干燥环境下隧道的养护需求.

Aiming at the dry climate and large temperature difference of a tunnel, which leads tountimely and irregular secondary lining maintenance, drying and shrinkage cracks and slow strengthenhancement, we independently researched, developed and designed a simple and high⁃efficiency steamcuring cart, which includes the main cart skeleton, walking system, heat preservation and moisturizingstructural layer, peripheral airbag blocking module, electric power system and high⁃power steamgenerating system, etc. , and carried out the field processing and application. The study shows that thestructure of the steam curing cart can meet the structural safety calculation in the context of processinstallation and application. Steam curing cart is simple, efficient, field processing and production testslearned that the overall production and processing cycle for 17d, the comprehensive cost of 240,000yuan. The strength of secondary lining C35 concrete under 7d curing is 25. 6% and 49. 5% higherthan that of spraying and natural curing respectively, which realizes the purpose of rapid improvement ofstrength; the strength of 56d curing is 5. 7% and 10. 8% higher than that of spraying and natural curingrespectively, which meets the needs of tunnel curing in dry environment.
