超高楼层铝合金模板满堂架支撑体系施工技术

层高较高的架空层及避难层施工面临一些挑战,包括无法使用标准层铝合金模板、操作安全难以保障、超高支撑及水平模板不可周转等问题. 为此,提出系列创新方案,包括墙体铝合金模板分段施工、设计斜撑空中可调支座、盘扣架双槽钢托梁二维平面定位铝合金模板早拆头支撑等. 这些方案解决了架空层及避难层使用铝合金模板施工的难题. 实践表明,该技术有效保证了施工质量,节约了施工成本.

There are some challenges in the construction of high⁃rise overhead floor and refuge floor, suchas the inability to use standard layer aluminum alloy formwork, difficulty of ensuring safe operation, ultra⁃high support and non⁃turnover of horizontal formwork. Therefore, a series of innovative schemes are putforward, including the segmented construction of wall aluminum alloy formwork, the design of diagonalsupport aerial adjustable support, and the two⁃dimensional plan positioning aluminum alloy formwork ofdouble⁃channel steel joist of disk lock scaffold. The problem of using aluminum alloy formwork in theconstruction of overhead layer and refuge layer is solved by these schemes. Practice shows that thetechnology effectively ensures the construction quality and saves the construction cost.
