软土地基构筑物纠倾加固技术研究

软土地区常因地基处理不当,在构筑物使用寿命内出现倾斜和不均匀沉降,存在严重的安全隐患. 以沿海地区某软土地基构筑物纠倾加固工程为例,提出水平顶推+外扩承台+补桩加固联合方案. 研究结果表明,水平顶推对软土地区构筑物纠倾作用明显,纠偏前后最大倾斜率差值达到 15. 59‰. 外扩承台和新增锚杆静压桩可加固地基基础,工后沉降速率≤0. 04mm/ d,满足相关要求.

In the soft soil area, due to improper foundation treatment, tilt and uneven settlement oftenoccur during the service life of the structure, and there exist serious safety hazards. Taking therectification and reinforcement project of a soft soil foundation structure in a coastal area as an example, acombined scheme of horizontal jacking + external expansion of pile cap + supplementary pilereinforcement is proposed. The results indicate that the horizontal jacking has an obvious rectificationeffect on the structure in soft soil areas, and the maximum inclination rate difference reaches 15. 59 ‰before and after rectification. The expanded pile caps and the newly added anchor static pressure pilescan reinforce the foundation. And the post⁃construction settlement is less than or equal to 0. 04mm / d,which meets the relevant requirements.
