采用沥青反打工艺的装配式道路施工关键技术研究

摘要:

为推进我国公路工程装配化建造高水平发展,创新研发设计与应用,结合工程实践,对采用沥青反打工艺的装配式道路结构设计与建造新技术开展研究. 以装配式道路结构深化设计、创新工艺方法、提高建设质量和结构耐久性、降低建造成本、优化工期、节能环保以及助推行业转型升级为目标,建立了采用沥青反打工艺的装配式道路结构新技术体系,采用了“H 型钢梁支撑设计,纵横向交叉预应力,沥青面层一体化叠合板反打工艺,T 形塑胶密封条嵌缝处理,嵌缝与受力相结合,沥青面层二次铺装”技术方案,整体遵循“以中心段向两端平行作业,标准化化设计,模块化施工,机械化作业”为原则,技术方案经专家论证,可行有效.

In order to promote the high level development of China’s road engineering assemblyconstruction, innovative R & D design and application, combined with engineering practice, theimplementation of the design and construction of assembled road structures using asphalt backfiringprocess to carry out research work. To deepen the design of assembled road structure, innovative processmethods, improve the construction quality and structural durability, reduce construction costs, scheduleoptimization, energy saving and environmental protection, as well as to promote the transformation andupgrading of the industry as the goal, the establishment of the new technology system of assembled roadstructure using asphalt backfiring process, the use of “H⁃shaped steel beam support design, longitudinaland transverse cross prestressing, asphalt surface layer integration Laminated plate backfiring process, T⁃type plastic sealing strip inlay processing, inlay and force combination, asphalt surface layer secondarypaving” technical program, the overall follow the “ center section to both ends of parallel operations,standardized design, modular construction, mechanized operation ” as the principle, the technicalprogram by the experts to prove that the technical program has been proven by experts, which is feasibleand effective.
