空间置换再造防水层技术在地下室防渗治理中的应用研究

摘要:
伴随着混凝土开裂和防水卷材性能降低,地下室渗漏是建筑全生命周期中极易出现的病害问题. 空间置换再造防水层具有施工简单、不破坏原结构的优点,且堵漏效果明显,耐久性好,被广泛应用于地下室防渗治理.结合工程实例,针对某一既有地下室渗漏问题进行了检测鉴定,分析了渗漏原因. 基于空间置换再造防水层技术,防漏治理采用多道设防,恢复了结构的柔性和刚性防水能力,解决了混凝土底板抗浮问题,有效提高了地下室防渗效果,保障了结构安全和耐久性.

Basement leakage is a prevalent issue throughout the entire life cycle of buildings, primarilydue to concrete cracking and degradation of waterproofing membranes. The spatial replacement andwaterproof layer reconstruction technology, characterized by its straightforward construction process, non⁃destructive nature to original structures, effective leakage sealing, and excellent durability, is widelyadopted in basement seepage control. This study investigates leakage issues in an existing basementthrough a practical engineering case, conducting diagnostic evaluations and analyzing the root causes ofseepage. By applying the spatial replacement and waterproof layer reconstruction technology, a multi⁃layered defense system is implemented in the seepage control. This approach successfully restores bothflexible and rigid waterproofing capabilities of the structure, resolves buoyancy resistance challenges inthe concrete slab, and significantly enhances the basement’ s seepage control effect, thereby ensuringstructural safety and long⁃term durability.
