某高层建筑悬垂屋盖钢结构施工过程分析

杭州世纪中心屋盖为大跨度悬垂式钢结构网壳,面积超大、造型独特,为极具创新的结构形式,采用地面网格单元拼装、高空分块安装施工方案。 通过全过程施工分析,对结构构件受力和变形进行控制,并对卸载方案进行对比分析。 钢拱连桥作为上部临时支撑结构基础平台,在整个施工过程中其变形和承载力均能满足规范要求,同时对临时支撑结构体系进行设计。 通过施工过程监测可知,卸载完成后监测点最大 z 向变形约为 16mm,关键杆件最大应力约为 79MPa,监测结果与施工分析结果接近。

The roof of Hangzhou Century Center is a large-span overhanging steel reticulated shell withsuper-large area and unique shape. It is a very innovative structural form. The construction scheme ofground grid unit assembly and high-altitude block installation is adopted. Through the whole processconstruction analysis, the stress and deformation of the structural components are controlled, and theunloading schemes are compared and analyzed. As the foundation platform of the upper temporary supportstructure, the deformation and bearing capacity of the steel arch bridge can meet the requirements of thecode during the whole construction process, and the temporary support structure system is designed.Through the construction process monitoring, the maximum z-direction deformation of the monitoringpoints after unloading is about 16mm, and the maximum stress of the key components is about 79MPa.The monitoring results are close to the construction analysis results.
