摘要:
常泰长江大桥主航道桥 5 号桥塔采用钢-混凝土空间钻石形结构,中塔柱施工中创新性地应用了钢筋单元件→钢筋片体→钢筋块体→钢筋部品的部品化方案。 钢筋块体在工厂预制后,在塔下施工平台组拼成部品,这是上塔前最关键的最后一道工序。 针对塔下组拼作业环境复杂、块体尺寸多变、合龙阻力大及精度要求高等问题,研发了自顶推式组拼胎架及配套工艺与调控措施。 该技术创新实现了大倾角变截面塔柱钢筋部品的快速精准组拼,为塔上高效拼装奠定基础,显著提升了施工效率与质量。

The No. 5 bridge tower of the main channel bridge of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge adopts asteel-concrete space diamond-shaped structure. In the construction of the middle tower column, thecomponentization scheme of steel reinforcement element →steel reinforcement sheet→steel reinforcementblock→steel reinforcement part is innovatively applied. After the prefabrication of the steel block infactory, the construction platform under the tower is assembled into parts, which is the most critical lastprocess before the tower. Aiming at the problems of complex assembly operation environment, variableblock size, large closure resistance and high precision requirements under the tower, the self-pushassembly jig and its supporting technology and control measures were developed. Technological innovationrealizes the rapid and accurate assembly of steel reinforcement parts of tower columns with large inclinedangles and variable cross-sections, lays a foundation for efficient assembly on the tower, and significantlyimproved construction efficiency and quality.
