特殊保护环境库区泄洪闸加强松动控制爆破拆除关键技术

摘要:
依托田岗水库泄洪闸拆除重建工程,重点阐述特殊保护环境库区泄洪闸的松动微差控制爆破拆除工艺。通过理论分析、现场试验及监测数据,研究布孔、装药、爆破网络、安全防护等因素对地基扰动、既有建(构)筑物振动、冲击波及飞石的影响。 针对超长龄期、表面碳化混凝土及特殊保护环境,形成泄洪闸高效爆破拆除关键技术,实现了爆破块体“塌而不飞”,振动、冲击波等有害效应受控,保障了周边建(构)筑物及地基安全,取得了良好的拆除效果与资源利用效益。

Based on the demolition and reconstruction project of the floodgate of Tiangang Reservoir, theresearch of controlled blasting demolition technology with enhanced loosening and millisecond delay forfloodgates in environmentally sensitive reservoir areas is focused on. Through theoretical analysis, fieldtests, and monitoring data analysis, the impacts of factors such as borehole layout, charge design,blasting network, and safety protection on ground disturbance, existing buildings (structures) vibrations,shock waves, and flyrock were studied. Aiming at the super-long age, surface carbonized concrete andspecial environmental protection, the key technology of efficient blasting demolition of flood dischargesluice is formed, which realizes the collapse without flight of blasting block, the control of harmful effectssuch as vibration and shock wave, ensures the safety of surrounding buildings ( structures ) andfoundation, and achieves good demolition effect and resource utilization benefit.
