装配式混凝土建筑外墙接缝防水技术综述

摘要:

总结装配式混凝土建筑外墙接缝类型及常见缺陷,介绍现有外墙接缝防水构造及相关密封材料,分析外墙接缝产生渗漏水的原因和相关施工质量检测技术,并探讨外墙接缝防水技术发展趋势。实际工程通常采用构造防水和材料防水相结合的方式进行接缝防水,对于不同接缝类型应选取合理的防水形式。应选取高黏结性,强抗位移能力,优异耐候性、可装饰性和耐污染性的密封胶,如改性硅烷聚醚密封胶和改性硅烷聚氨酯密封胶。外墙接缝发生渗漏水的主要原因包括防水构造设计不合理、施工工艺精度不足、防水材料和措施选择不当、缺乏有效的接缝施工质量检测技术等,应发展智能化水平高、检测结果可靠的无损检测技术,并制定相应的技术标准和管理制度,培养专业技术人员进行定期检查和维护,以提高检测效率,降低检测成本。

The types and common defects of the external wall joints in the prefabricated concretebuildings are summarized and the existing waterproofing structures and related sealing materials isintroduced. This paper analyzes the causes of water leakage in exterior wall joints and related constructionquality detection technology, and discusses the development trend of exterior wall joint waterproofingtechnology. In practical engineering, a combination of structural waterproofing and material waterproofingis commonly used for joint waterproofing. Reasonable waterproofing forms should be selected for differenttypes of joints. Sealants with high adhesion, strong displacement capacity, excellent weather resistance,decorability, and pollution resistance, such as modified silane polyether sealants and modified silanepolyurethane sealants, are recommended. The main reasons for water leakage in external wall jointsinclude unreasonable waterproofing structure design, insufficient construction process accuracy, improperselection of waterproofing materials and measures, and lack of effective joint construction quality testingtechnology. To address these issues it is essential to develop non⁃destructive testing technologywith highintelligence and reliable testing results, and formulate corresponding technical standards and managementsystems. Meanwhile, professional technical personnel should be trained for regular inspection andmaintenance. These measures can enhance testing efficiency and reduce testing costs.
