基于 GNSS 的测量放样技术在六枝特大桥主墩爬模施工中的应用

摘要:
在桥梁高墩液压爬模施工中,模板定位精度是高墩线形控制的关键,而模板定位精度又取决于测量放样精度。传统全站仪与激光铅垂仪测量方法受环境、气候和人为因素影响大,且人工工作量大,实时性差。在六枝特大桥主墩施工中引入基于 GNSS 的测量放样技术,实现模板定位的自动监测,为模板姿态调整提供实时参数。应用结果表明,基于 GNSS 的测量放样技术在模板定位监测中具有良好的精确度和可靠性,同时具有全天候、实时性、人工成本低等优点。

In construction of hydraulic climbing formwork for high piers of bridges, the positioningaccuracy of formwork is the key to the linear control of high piers, and the positioning accuracy offormwork depends on the accuracy of measurement and lofting. The measurement methods of traditionaltotal station and laser plummet apparatus are greatly affected by environment, climate and human factors,and the manual workload is large, the real⁃time performance is poor. In construction of the main pier ofLiuzhi Super Large Bridge, the GNSS⁃based measurement lofting technology is introduced to realize theautomatic monitoring of the formwork positioning and provide real⁃time parameters for the formworkattitude adjustment. The application results show that the GNSS⁃based measurement lofting technology hasgood accuracy and reliability in formwork positioning monitoring, and has the advantages of all⁃weather,real⁃time and low labor cost.
