某建筑物开裂变形原因分析及处理

摘要:

某工业建筑物在强降雨影响下结构及场地出现严重变形和开裂,为综合评估该建筑物现状下安全性,对场地和地基基础、主体结构及围护结构分别进行现场调查、地质勘察和上部结构检测,结合承载力验算结果对其安全性等级进行评定,综合分析该建筑物变形和开裂原因,并对后续加固处理提出建议。

An industrial building experienced severe deformation and cracking in its structure and sitearea under the impact of heavy rainfall. To comprehensively assess the safety of the building undercurrent conditions, on⁃site investigations, geological surveys, and superstructure inspections wereconducted respectively for the site, foundation system, main structure, and enclosure structure.Combined with the results of bearing capacityverification, the safety grade of the building wasdetermined. Additionally, a comprehensive analysis was carried out on the causes of the building􀆳sdeformation and cracking, and recommendations were put forward for subsequent reinforcement andtreatment.
