TRD 工法墙在深厚富水粉砂地层中的应用研究

以江苏省某大桥锚碇基础 TRD 工法隔离墙在深厚富水粉砂及粉质黏土地层中的施工实例为研究对象,对施工所遇问题及处理流程、施工工效、施工参数、返浆率和质量检验等方面进行了研究和总结. 研究结果表明:深厚富水粉砂及粉质黏土地层中容易出现切割箱被抱死的情况;合理制备和应用切割液,较长时间停机时适时进行链刀回转及切割箱拔插运动,可有效预防切割箱被抱死;先行切割、回撤切割和成墙搅拌速度均值分别为 1. 02,2. 74,2. 08m/ h,成墙工效为 4. 81m/ d,134. 58m3/ d;先行切割时设备横推油缸推力、链刀切削力较大,各项参数均呈现明显的周期性;成墙搅拌时返浆率在 60% ~ 70%.

Taking the construction example of the TRD method isolation wall for the anchor foundation ofa bridge in Jiangsu Province, which is located in a deep, water⁃rich silty sand and silty clay stratum, asthe research object, this paper studies and summarizes the problems encountered during construction, aswell as the handling process, construction efficiency, construction parameters, grout return rate, andquality inspection. The results show that the cutting box is easy to be locked in the deep water rich siltysand and silty clay stratum. The rational preparation and application of cutting fluid, as well as the timelyrotation of the chain cutter and the insertion and extraction movement of the cutting box during extendeddowntime, can effectively prevent the cutting box from being locked. The average speed of advancecutting, rollback cutting and wall mixing is 1. 02m / h, 2. 74m / h and 2. 08m / h respectively, and theefficiency of wall construction is 4. 81m / d and 134. 58m3/ d. When advance cutting, the thrust of thehorizontal oil cylinder and the cutting force of the chain cutter are large, and each parameter presentsobvious periodicity. The replacement rate of slurry is 60% ~70% during wall mixing.
