摘要:
为解决顶升钢平台自重大、施工难度高、适用性差、智能化水平低等问题,开发了贝雷式智能顶升钢平台。详细阐述了支撑顶升系统、桁架平台系统、模板系统、挂架系统、智能控制系统、智能装备系统的设计特点及优势,具有轻量化、承载力高、适应性好、效率高、智能化等特点。对顶升钢平台进行了有限元分析,结果表明满足设计要求。

To solve the problems of heavy self-weight, high construction difficulty, poor applicability,and low intelligence level of jacking steel platforms, a Bailey-type intelligent jack-up steel platform isdeveloped. The design characteristics and advantages of support lifting systems, truss platform systems,formwork systems, hanger systems, intelligent control systems, and intelligent equipment systems, suchas light weight, high bearing capacity, good adaptability, high efficiency, and intelligence, are describedin detail. The finite element analysis of the jack-up steel platform is carried out, and the results indicatethat the design requirements can be met.
