海上有限空间大型钢桥布置与吊装施工

摘要:
针对海上有限空间大型钢桥吊装施工难度大、安全风险高等问题,以实际工程中的大型钢桥安装为例,从钢桥布置设计方案比选、吊装起重船选择、过程中钢桥转动、起重船布缆和移位等方面,系统阐述和分析了海上有限空间钢桥布置设计和吊装施工的技术要点。结论表明,钢桥布置设计方案应结合吊装施工方法综合比选,选择更具可行性、经济性和便利性的方案;相比于旋转式起重船,固定式起重船更适合有限空间内频繁移位的海上吊装施工;固定式起重船可通过旋转吊钩实现起吊过程中钢桥转动;起重船的布缆和移位应结合施工条件编制科学合理的方案并严格遵照执行。

In view of the difficulties and high safety risks of large steel bridge installation in limitedoffshore spaces, this paper takes the installation of large steel bridge in actual project as an example. Keypoints for steel bridge layout design and hoisting construction in limited offshore spaces are systematicallyexplained and analyzed, from the comparison of steel bridge layout design schemes, crane vesselselection, steel bridge rotation, the anchoring and displacement of crane vessel and so on. Theconclusion shows that the steel bridge layout should be considered in combination with the hoistingconstruction method, and the more feasible, economical and convenient solution should be selected.Compared with the rotating crane vessel, the fixed crane vessel is more suitable for offshore hoistingconstruction with frequent displacement in a limited space. The fixed crane vessel can realize the rotationof the steel bridge during hoisting process by rotating the hook. The anchoring and displacement of thecrane vessel should be scientifically and reasonably planned and strictly followed in combination with theconstruction conditions.
