建筑模网混凝土参数优化试验与应用研究

摘要:

为满足建筑模网混凝土结构的浇筑需求,通过优化粗骨料粒径、砂率、水胶比及胶凝材料体系,成功配制出了性能优异的建筑模网自密实混凝土。结果表明:优化配合比设计参数后,混凝土的扩展度达到 575mm,J 环扩展度差值为 15mm,V 形漏斗排空时间为 15.4s,扩展时间 T500 为 4.1s,28d 抗压强度为 53.5MPa,浆体渗出率为2.29%,表现出优异的工作性能和力学性能,充分满足建筑模网施工的技术要求。将其应用于上海市宝山区某征收安置房项目,采用取芯法检测该自密实混凝土浇筑的建筑模网剪力墙结构的 28d 抗压强度为 52.6MPa.

To address the specific casting requirements of building formwork⁃mesh concrete structure, ahigh⁃performance self⁃compacting concrete was developed through the optimization of key mix designparameters, including coarse aggregate size, sand ratio,water⁃gel ratio, and cementitious materialsystem. The results show that, after optimizing the mix proportion parameters, the concrete achieved aslump flow of 575mm, a J⁃ring flow difference of 15mm, a V⁃funnel flow time of 15.4s, a T500 time of4.1s, a 28d compressive strength of 53.5MPa, and a paste exudation rate of 2.29%. Thesecharacteristics confirm that the concrete exhibits excellent workability and mechanical properties, fullymeeting the technical requirements of construction formwork. It has been successfully applied in aresettlement housing project in Baoshan District, Shanghai. Core testing of the construction formworkshear walls cast with this self⁃compacting concrete showed a 28d compressive strength of 52.6MPa.
