大型停车场楼面板聚丙烯纤维掺量优化与应用

摘要:

针对大型停车场金刚砂楼面板的抗裂与力学性能需求,设计不同聚丙烯纤维掺量的 C25 混凝土配合比,开展抗压强度、抗折强度及干缩抗裂性能试验. 结果表明,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为 1.3kg / m3 时,混凝土综合性能最优,28d 抗压强度达 30.9MPa,较基准组提高 9.6%;抗折强度达 7.3MPa,提高 25. 9%;裂缝首次出现时间延长至 7d,28d最大裂缝宽度仅 0.06mm,抗裂性能显著提升. 基于最优掺量,结合某机场停车场工程,构建 80mm 厚聚丙烯纤维⁃金刚砂复合楼面板施工技术体系,应用检测表明,楼面板表面平整,无有害裂缝;现场取芯抗压强度、抗折强度均优于试验值,满足大型停车场长期高负荷使用要求.

According to the requirements of crack resistance and mechanical properties of emery floorpanel in large parking lot, the mix ratio of C25 concrete with different polypropylene fiber content wasdesigned, and the tests of compressive strength, flexural strength and dry shrinkage crack resistance werecarried out. The results show that when the content of polypropylene fiber is 1.3kg / m3, thecomprehensive performance of concrete is the best, and the compressive strength of 28d is 30. 9MPa,which is 9.6% higher than that of the reference group. The flexural strength reached 7.3MPa, increasedby 25.9%. The first occurrence time of cracks is extended to 7d, and 28d maximum crack width is only0.06mm, and the crack resistance is significantly improved. Based on the optimal dosage, combined withan airport parking lot project, the construction technology system of 80mm thick polypropylene fiber⁃rigidsand composite floor panel is constructed. The application test shows that the surface of the floor panel isflat and there are no harmful cracks. The compressive strength and flexural strength of the on⁃site coringare better than the test values, which meet the requirements of long⁃term high⁃load use of large parkinglots.
