基于 BIM 技术的地铁车站装配式施工关键技术研究

摘要:

通过解析装配式隔墙、综合管线、消防泵房及冷水机房的结构特征、安装工艺与技术优势,明晰各系统在地铁车站场景的适配逻辑,研究 BIM 技术在地铁车站装配式施工中的深度应用. 依托超高地下空间地铁车站前海站,系统阐述各装配式系统的 BIM 应用实践,包括基于 BIM 的模块参数化拆分、预制及安装全流程协同管控,运输吊装工况的模拟仿真优化. 研究表明,BIM 技术驱动下的装配式施工,在保障工程质量基准上,工期缩短 25%、现场用工量削减 40%,显著提升绿色建造效能.

By analyzing the structural characteristics, installation process and technical advantages of theprefabricated partition wall, integrated pipeline, fire pump room and cold water room, the adaptationlogic of each system in the subway station scene is clarified, and the deep application of BIM technologyin the prefabricated construction of subway station is studied. Based on the Qianhai Station of the ultra⁃high underground space subway station, the BIM application practice of each prefabricated system issystematically expounded, including BIM⁃based modular parametric separation, prefabrication andinstallation of the whole process of collaborative management and control, and simulation optimization oftransportation and hoisting conditions. The research shows that the prefabricated construction driven byBIM technology shortens the construction period by 25% and reduces the on⁃site labor by 40% on thebasis of ensuring the quality of the project, which significantly improves the efficiency of greenconstruction.
